ARTISTS REVOLT'S MISSION
Creating Solutions
Artist’s Revolt is a collection of marginalized artists, strippers and sex workers. We care about the state of the world and we create actionable solutions to the erroneous injustices we face due to invisibly. We also produce our own campaigns by creating artistic ways to achieve: advocacy, philanthropy and activism. We aid other organizations of change to farther their good work as well.
Our History
Artist Revolt was created in February 2016 in direct response to the Trump's presidency. Our first project was a photoshoot and campaign in support of Black Lives Matter (BLM), Human Rights Campaign, and Planned Parenthood. ​​We also collected socks and water for unhoused people.

2017and 2018 artist revolt work to educated folks on the different groups of change. Educating folks on their work and get folks involved in there campaigns. Everything from Queer rights to Muslim rights.

We continued our work in August 2019 with an Instagram Telethon which included pole dancing, a vegan cooking lesson, and more to benefit Cal Fund and the detainees the organization supports.

In the Summer of 2020 we worked with Alma Backyard Farms to organize a water campaign for the city of Compton. Our campaign helped establish a bi-monthly water distribution system.

Artist revolt start the conversation around the negative impacts of AB5 and the sex worker community. May 2021.
2022We a presentation of the harms of AB5 at the California State Commssion on Civil Rights.
2022 Met with State Assemble member with Kevin Kyle who is now workinng federal to stop Biden from introducing similar legislation federal.
2022 our 1st Bipoc and Ally Stripper Strike
2023 had a fundraiser resource party where we generate funds fro micro grants and gave aways need resources
2023 Holiday micro grant allocation champaign
2023 was awarded the Sex Worker Giving Circle grant for 2024-2024
2023 Candle light vigils at Military Base to protest for the genocides around the world.
